Jakarta KPKP Department's Agriculture Department Head, Diah Meidianti stated, local government support is needed by making local regulation or policy that can optimize urban farming implementation.
According to her, Jakarta Government has Great Design of Urban Farming 2018-2030 and Governor Instruction (Ingub) No. 14/2018 about Urban Farming Implementation.
"This regulation facilitates local government or related SKPDs to realize urban farming in Jakarta," she asserted.
She assessed, collaboration between SKPDs and communities is also important to encourage many people to participate in this program thus urban farming development can be optimized.
